1. Description of Service & Platform Overview

The SGWS Affiliates Portal (“Platform”, “we”, “us”) is an enterprise partner portal operated by SGWS Educational Software Systems Inc. We provide technical review courseware, educational software licenses, and automated performance tracking. By accessing or registering on our Platform, you enter into a legally binding contract governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

• Legal Age & Capacity: You must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into business contracts.
• One Account Policy: Only one affiliate account is permitted per individual or registered organization. Creation of duplicate accounts to manipulate downline recruitment or bypass system constraints is strictly prohibited.
• Mandatory KYC Onboarding: Users authenticating via Google OAuth must submit complete KYC details (legal full name, mobile telephone number, Philippine province, and city/municipality) before receiving partner benefits.
• Administrative Review: New accounts are submitted under PENDING status. Platform administrators reserve the right to verify credentials before granting approval.

3. Software Catalog & Fixed SRP Pricing

All educational software courses published in the Course Catalog must be marketed strictly at their designated Suggested Retail Price (SRP) in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). Affiliates are strictly prohibited from adding unauthorized handling fees or selling below the mandated price point.

4. Two-Tier Commission Structure (Anti-Pyramid Policy)

*Strict Multi-Level Cap: Our attribution stops strictly at two (2) tiers. No commissions are ever granted for the act of recruitment alone; all earnings originate from genuine educational software sales.

5. Sales Reporting & Administrative Verification

Affiliates must record customer details, transaction reference numbers, and upload legitimate payment proof screenshots for every completed software purchase. Submissions undergo manual and automated cross-verification against bank/e-wallet merchant ledgers. Falsified payment receipts or fraudulent submissions result in immediate account termination and commission forfeiture.

6. Payouts & Statutory Compliance

Commissions accrue upon verification and are batched for electronic payout via Philippine domestic bank transfers (InstaPay/PESONet) or verified e-wallets (GCash/Maya). Affiliates operate as independent contractors and remain personally responsible for their tax declarations under Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) regulations.
